What this website gathers, what it does, and what it avoids. In effect as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quoter solicits gender, date of birth, self-assessed health, tobacco status, desired coverage, and term. These flow to the carriers' rate engine and are discarded by us. We never gather name, address, phone, or email for quoting. Duplicate requests may pull from brief cache to spare the quoting service.

Applying

Applying prefills a secure form running on the carriers' platform with your prior input; you then follow that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurer (License 0B75129), manages the application flow.

The contact form

We request your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply channel, subject, and message. It goes directly to the agency; your email becomes the return path. We retain neither the message, a submissions table, nor content logs. A temporary anti-spam routine executes locally before send.

Measurement

We track page visits with a first-party, cookieless system hosted here. No cookies or ID trackers are planted; your IP is partially masked at storage; referrer query strings are stripped; raw logs vanish after 90 days. DNT and GPC browsers are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We neither vend nor divulge personal data, run ad trackers, nor invoke third-party analytics. Only the carriers' application sits on your machine, appearing solely on the apply page.
